This is different than the $349 model last month. That model included 2 batteries and 2 additional accessories. This one only includes 1 battery, a crevice tool, and looks like the standard non-fuzzy roller.

The previous deal's model is currently $499 at Costco (https://www.costco.com/.product.100432890.html).
Don't forget 5% cashback from discover this qtr.
Replacement batteries are either $103 or $194 from LG, depending on which A9 model (not sure why there's a difference). $140 ish on ebay.

Hoping Costco will discount this more around BFD or something. Very similar to the Dyson V8, so this price vs a refurb Dyson V8 @ $200 makes this a better deal than the V8 for sure. The Tineco A11 is also very similar in performance, but comes with more tools, and discounts to $180, so I think $250 is still a bit high for just the motor, wand, standard head, crevice tool, and stand (arguable one of the best stands though). But you do have the Costco return policy on the A9, vs 2 (or 4 if you buy with a credit card that has such coverage) year warranty.

I got the one with 2 batteries and extra fluffy head for Costco when it was on sale and it's definitely worth the price. I have dyson before and would say this is definitely comparable to the cordless v11 with extra perk of the extra battery.
how much did you buy for from Costco

I can't find the answer anywhere.... how would you charge a second battery? If you have to charge it in the vacuum itself that seems like more work than its worth.

The 2nd battery is stored inside the stand, just beneath the vacuum when you place into it's cradle. When you lift the vacuum out it's right there beneath it and very easy to access when needed. Otherwise it stays in it's charger, therefor always charged and ready.

Awesome thanks lol. Honestly seems like such an important feature and I looked everywhere for like half an hour before asking. Surprised that it's not mentioned anywhere.

The stand is designed to attach on a wall if it seems too short for you. We have our Dyson stored on our wall and it's the perfect height, but we don't mind the stand with this one.

Just grabbed the A906 model from Costco. My house is 90% hardwood, so the fluffy head was a priority and so was the extra battery. I did not like the Dyson "trigger" and thought the ability to pop in a new battery for this one is a big advantage.

And the charging station is the right height if you collapse the vacuum down to it's shortest height. Also like that it has spots for the attachments to be stored.

Thanks, see a couple of those listed at $360 in my area if I want to go on a "search"https://static.slickdealscdn.com/ima...lies/smile.gif Let us know how you like the "mopping feature". For me I would prefer the "fluffy head" as there is predominantly hard wood to clean. Costco has the model with 2 batteries and both heads currently at $499. I'll keep my eye on it and may pick it up when on sale. Thanks again.
Looks like you can easily fine the LG fluffy heads on Ebay for ~120 give or take 10. I just bought the same set as the dude above for 270 (came with mop head) at my local Lowes. Even if I go ahead and purchase the fluffy head elsewhere, I'll still be saving 100 bucks and will have two batteries + mop head.

I bought the Refurb with 2 batts at $229 from the other deal:

Mine arrived yesterday (a day early). I love it. It was clean and new. I inspected it carefully for signs of refurbishment and all I could find is some light scratches on a couple of parts. All of the rollers and filters and dust bin were spotless. Even the light scratches you'd have to really search to see them.

I am super happy. The fluffy hard floor head is amazing. I did a couple of quick cleans of cat litter and some cat hair around the house. What surprised me is that nothing sticks in the fluffy head, it all gets sucked into the canister!

no, its just the right size. I set mine up yesterday and I love that it is compact and designed for the whole set of tools and batts while the vacuum is in it's shortest most compact position

It seems like to me, the carpet head works just as well on hardwood floors as the special head specifically for hardwood floors.
having tried both on a concrete floor the fluffy head is WAY better. It stays clean, doesn't trap hair in the bristles, and doesn't shoot stuff or miss things at all.

Did you buy the eBay refurb model no a906sm?

I bought a dyson v15 but this damn thing is $700 so thinking about that refurb model for $260ish right now(missed the $229 deal and need a vacuum bad)

I love that it comes with a charging stand and 2 batteries, house is mostly hardwood so I think the slightly lower suction of lg shouldn't be an issue considering it has the hardwood fluffy attachment
