Do you have a phone stuck in your cart and you can't switch it or get it out? Here is how to fix it:
- On the "Here's your cart, everyting look okay?" screen at URL https://fi.google.com/signup?numpeopl
e=1#main go down to the "You" box and click "Edit" on the phone - On the screen you end up on, scroll all the way down to the bottom and click the "< Back" button
- You end up on a screen with phone options or "bring your own" and now you can actually pick a different phone or remove it all together with "bring your own"

I got in on a deal previously but changed my mind and returned the phone. It was unopened/unactivated. They refused to refund the sales tax, claiming that taxes and fees are nonrefundable.. I had about 4 or 5 different reps repeat this same line, all of them refusing.
Finally, after filing complaints with my state attorney general, state tax authority, FCC, BBB, and a couple others, they refunded my sales tax.
So there is that.
