I'm not sure about the fine print. Are dead pixels cause for warranty claim? Not sure. I've never used Allstate for these kind of items.

No, this is a VA panel and that's an IPS type. This is 144 hz, and that's 100 hz. BH Photos has a comparison online:.

The monitor they asked about is an IPS type monitor. The posted monitor is a VA panel, as I indicated.
Edit: You're right. I was in the grocery store and didn't notice that Google replaced a letter in the search results, so I was looking at the wrong monitor. 🤦 ♂️
