does anyone know for the ssn and bday who information do i put?
i am the account holder but my father who also lives in the house is on medicaid/food stamps qualifies and was approved for the program. who ssn and bday do i put in?
i know for spectrum they clearly state who ssn and bday to put but for centurylink it does not specify. i asked chat and they said to put the account holder but because this is all new i don't really want to trust the chat representative.
Have to make up for all that inflation.

"Qualify Through Your Child or Dependent
Any member of your household can make your household eligible. For example, if your child or dependent participates in the Free and Reduced-Price School Lunch Program, your household qualifies for the Emergency Broadband Benefit."
Edit: this is from the directory website link attached by the OP. scroll down a little bit.
Ah yes, helping people pay for essential utilities. What a waste of money. I wish we'd just buy more missiles instead.
