It's used in the bedroom and works great. The crane on the neck is really nice. And you can easily adjust with the remote. It won't brighten up an entire room but gives you good options especially if you need to avoid brightness for any issues!
1. Solid build, very adjustable - both light quality and goose neck.
2. Unuseable touch control. If the remote is not working or lost, you are screwed.
3. The one in this deal is not flicker-free. That is a problem for me. The Dodocool I have is advertised as flicker-free and I tested it myself to confirm. If you get headaches or have attention problems, I strongly suggest a flicker-free lamp.
I hope this helps. I've had good experience with another brand called Aukey. I'm a SDer but I don't mind spending a little more for a comfortable and easy-to-use lamp. It's like a mattress, I have to live with it a long time.
