16gb MAY become a problem eventually, but it is enough to start. I like the fact that it's a 1x16gb stick so I assume that expansion to 32gb is easy.
New AAA games? Maybe, but at 720p & low.
Generally you'll want a discrete GPU for most PC gaming.
