Saving $50 for an slower iPad that will be worth at least $100-$150 less brand new in two weeks, LOL.
I agree with you that people should wait for the new one, but you are incorrect in the "saving $50," the difference between this one and the new one is $250. And if you had the $100 off $500 coupon that expired yesterday...that could be potentially be $350 off.
The 12.9" 128gb 4th gen is $799.99
The 12.9" 128gb 5th gen is $1049.99

About $710 out the door with 5% discover cash back for iPad Pro 12.9. I literally canceled my iPad Pro 2021 M1 order soon after. The savings are too good and the only major difference is a screen that will probably be not too noticeable like when I jumped from the XR iPhone to the OLED IPhone 12 Pro Max screen.

The difference is the massively more powerful processor and the M1 specific apps, not the screen LMAO.

You clearly forgot the screen size difference, and it's ok - no need to dig in your heels and write LMAO in every response even though your Napoleon complex demands it.

Powerful processor that has NOTHING to offer yet. And when it does it will be years from now when Apple rolls the updates in. Between this IPad Pro and the next one the usage will be nearly identical.

Buying the 12.9" M1 was a fools purchase unless you have a very specific need for M1 which 99% of people do not. The 2020 128GB 12.9 was $699 after the $100 coupon you could get just by asking. That's $370 less after tax that the comparable M1 version.
I just ordered mine through Best Buy and they price matched this price! I'm not a Costco member so that worked out and I got $40 in rewards from purchasing it through Best Buy as well!
Costco has better return policy than amazon? how about warranty?
Warranty is great, Citi extends two years, and the Allstate extended is a solid value imho. I purchased mine with AppleCare but the Allstate extended would have been cheaper and better when I got it replaced.
