I shopped this morning and did not receive the 2x points. I had the same issue at the beginning of the last promo and Kroger eventually posted the bonus points.

same thing happened today with me at ralphs. did you contact kroger last time or just saw the auto-adjust later?

Yes, I contacted Kroger last time and I was sent a generic email response stating that they were aware of the issue.

I also contacted Kroger today, hoping to get the ball rolling on this round's fix.

Awesome just checked my balance and it was auto adjusted. They're prob aware of it from either your contact or previous incidents.

Been really happy with Ralph's (and Kroger's) digital systems either way!

Great! Customer Service manually adjusted my points from Thursday. But my shopping trip on Saturday reflected the 2x points, so I'm glad they corrected it quickly.

As the deal says, it's 2x points on weekENDS, not weekdays.
