In that case it's a unique listing offer and the IMEI will be displayed on the sales page right after your purchase. If you order good quality or spend $10 more for mint you should be golden. Once purchased on the sales page you will see the serial number (IMEI):

If you order from an enterprise seller with generic images and none displays the unique listing number the IMEI will NOT show up and you may have to wait until they are back in the office on Monday and the deal could be over.

Wireless kiosk guy chose upgrade option for 2 lines after locating T-Mobile account with primary account phone number.
They placed order in their system for two new phones first, captured imei for those two, I had to pay 6% taxes on total amount upfront.
Then, they switched back to T-Mobile system to determine trade-in value.
Printed paperwork, explained EIP terms.
I politely declined insurance and pelican case they tried to sell us.
Handed over paperwork and shipping labels etc. Done!

I'll sell my iPhone se 2nd Gen for a slight net profit after all is said and done.

What line did they 'upgrade' you on? Was it another line on your account that had an option for an upgrade or was it the line that has an EIP for the A32 on it? You're going to have to look in your EIP page and see what is tied to what. From my understanding, you can only have 1 EIP per line.

I cannot say I have a concrete recommendation, but I'm just glad I dodged a bullet
