Up to 830 is because if you buy 12mini it will have trade in credit or only $730 and not $830 and it you buy 12pro or pro max then you will only get $830 and rest will be on you. That's what upto $830 means so yes iPhone 8 will get you upto $830 depending on the device you choose

Where is Costco? They use to have similar deal as Tmobile but not lately. Wonder if we didn't kill the golden goose by canceling "new line" after getting the rebate.

For those of you trying to get a phone from SWAPPA like a iPhone 8 or S9 series, make sure you do order from an individual seller where the item/images clearly display the listing number.

In that case it's a unique listing offer and the IMEI will be displayed on the sales page right after your purchase. If you order good quality or spend $10 more for mint you should be golden. Once purchased on the sales page you will see the serial number (IMEI):

If you order from an enterprise seller with generic images and none displays the unique listing number the IMEI will NOT show up and you may have to wait until they are back in the office on Monday and the deal could be over.

I accidentally ordered regular Pro 128Gb instead of Pro Max 128 Gb. Please advise, if there is a chance to fix this situation. I used trade-in of course.

You'll never see any paperwork stating a specific promotion. In a few hours you should see the credit on your EIP for the remainder of $830-163 trade in credit. You'll also get a text confirming your promotion enrollment.

I went to Costco they told me that they don't have a trade in deal only a discount on a phone. I told her a lot of people got the deal at Costco. She said no. I went back to my car and call T-Mobile. Customer service said no, they can't match Costco offer but I insisted to have her talk with supervisors again.

I trade in 2 iPhone 8 which I bought from local store for $229 each. I end up get $60 credit ($30 for per phone) because Costco offer $30 cash card. They also not charge me $20 support fee plus free 2 days shipping.

Thank you for help me get the Costco deal direct with T-Mobile. I hope this information help everyone who want to get this deal.

It won't show on the receipt. The promo gets applied after the trade in is accepted or after a billing cycle or 2.

From what others have said, the promo specifically says 2 max per account. The system most likely is going to see you're already getting it twice, and you won't get the credits for lines 3 and 4.

Did you do this in stores this weekend? I did mine today in store. I can already see my lines are getting the $23 off per month. If you check yours, I would bet any money you're not going to see the monthly credits for lines 3 & 4.
