Up to 830 is because if you buy 12mini it will have trade in credit or only $730 and not $830 and it you buy 12pro or pro max then you will only get $830 and rest will be on you. That's what upto $830 means so yes iPhone 8 will get you upto $830 depending on the device you choose

Where is Costco? They use to have similar deal as Tmobile but not lately. Wonder if we didn't kill the golden goose by canceling "new line" after getting the rebate.

For those of you trying to get a phone from SWAPPA like a iPhone 8 or S9 series, make sure you do order from an individual seller where the item/images clearly display the listing number.

In that case it's a unique listing offer and the IMEI will be displayed on the sales page right after your purchase. If you order good quality or spend $10 more for mint you should be golden. Once purchased on the sales page you will see the serial number (IMEI):

If you order from an enterprise seller with generic images and none displays the unique listing number the IMEI will NOT show up and you may have to wait until they are back in the office on Monday and the deal could be over.

5/21 IPhone 8 delivered per USPS
5/27 device received & accessed
5/28 received text $79 credit applied to account

first mail-in trade in. Yay!

Just for future reference, what do ppl do if they have perfectly working iPhone with cracked back glass? Would T-mobile take it for trade in?
Always check with tforce to get the most update policy. Last trade in my front glass was fine, back was broken bad. And then another time when front was fine, but back has a magnet that was stuck lol. Both were fine, no problem. I asked tforce both time to make sure

You need to contact Sprint support. T-Force will only handle T-Mobile account.

A question here, thanks in advance for any input.
I have been paying off EIP over the past months, now I have paid off 4 of the 5. As a result, I don't need to pay my monthly $96 magenta bill, as I have the bill credit offsetting it. My question is that if I pay off my last EIP, I should have about $33 monthly credit for the next 24 months, just wonder if they will send me a check if asking? Thanks.

No. The whole idea is for you to commit to T-Mobile for 2 years. That's why it is spread out like that.
