This is an awesome sprinkler controller I've never seen it this low of a price. You can also go to Lowe's and they will price match Amazon.

Have one of these after having a $200 system that start charging a monthly fee. This serves the purpose and works well for $50. No reason to buy any of those $200 systems.
I don't see the point of indoor sprinklers

This controller makes it very easy to walk around and test your zones, turning them on/off from your phone. Can also be used with Home Assistant software or just standalone. I've been using one for two years....great improvement over the old non wifi controller it replaced.

I bought the 12-zone version with the screen and outdoor rated enclosure for $89.99. If anything goes wrong with the app or the company stops supporting it, you're sunk. It also give me the option of moving the controller out of the garage and hang on the exterior wall right next to the sprinkler boxes in case I have any wiring troubles.

Also, Walmart has it at the same price in case you want to increase your return window to 90-days.

I've been using a 12 zone outdoor version (the one with a dial and a screen) of this for the past couple of years. No complaints other than the case plastic being a little thin. I haven't touched it since I set it up. works great and my plants look like they are getting just the right amount of water. I still haven't even put the app for it on my new phone because I don't have to mess with it. It just works.

I jumped in on the 6 station model from last month's deal but $56.95 for the 8-station is even better. Our local water provider in SoCal has up to $80 back in rebates. So the $75.04 (incl tax) 6-station is basically free for me.

Is there any advantage to the 8 zone over the 4 if you have 4 zones?

Anyone compared this to Rachio personally? I've used Rachio for years and been very pleased. Some friends and family are in the market and this is less expensive than Rachio. Thanks.

Nope. Unless you plan to expand.

Thanks, think I'll grab the 4 zone for $51. I have an old Toro Greenkeeper that requires pressing buttons two or three times to actually take lol.
