Pretty sure these offers only exist in markets where comcast has a competitor.

The only offer for me is 50mbit for $69.99 or local TV + 100mb for $65, both on contract. I'm currently on 100mbit for $49. I could even cancel and sign-up on a new name for less. These offers are straight-up scams.

Every year I call to 'cancel' and ask for the same deal again. This is what it looks like when you have no competition. Applause

Thanks. I went from $50 for 400/10 plan to $30 for the same plan. I am surprised I qualified considering I just started my previous contract in March 2021.

Kind of a stupid question. It's my first time switching plans but they don't charge you twice right? Or have a cancellation fee? From your previous plan?

I would really appreciate an answer since my current plan expires in a month or 2 and changing plans now would be perfect.

I can get to the deal with their -let us help you find a deal- quiz. ($70 for 800) But when I hit add to cart nothing happens. And if I leave the page I have to take the quiz again to get there.. And chat with current place in line 0 and half hour later nothing

Xfinity will not charge you twice or charge cancellation fee when you sign up for a new contract term. The next bill may be a bit wonky dollar amount wise, but that's because of the prorated bill for partial month.

Try using a different browser. If that doesn't work, you can try calling Comcast.

I signed up for my account and chatted with rep and asked them to do the same price for my dads account since I manage both accounts. He was able to do it from his end. Might work if you did that for your relative

I'm 50 miles east of the bay area and was on $50/400mbps and just switched to $30/400mbps. No fees to switch or anything. One year term starts now.

Set a reminder to check offers in 11 months cause after a year you go up to $80.

$50 for 400mbps. Better than my current plan. Signed up online but may be i should chat and get the $30 for 400mbps.
.Was paying $55 for 100 mbps, after a recent discount contract expired.
