FYI, that Target price is just for the phone. This HSN deal is for the phone and 365-day plan.

Don't let them see the splash screen when it boots and you will retain big deal status....until you tell them they cant borrow the phone cause you only have 150MB of data left for the rest of the year...

Sorry for the noob question, but I am on TracFone now and want to buy this to extend my current plan. Is there a guide on how to do that to make sure I get the service/minutes/data when I activate this one?

Anyone know what happens if you forgot about the 12 months expiration and now I have 60 days to reactivate .. Customer service said I would get my minutes and data back and the phone would be unlockable . Looks like $15 is the cheapest to get this done . Is the above true ?

So if I don't make or receive any calls or texts, I keep those minutes/texts for the entire year? After the year is up, do I have to renew something?

You do need to make some calls or texts, TF has been known to cancel line for non-use. Might be helpful to read FAQ on their website to understand how Tracfone works.

Only have 30 day return, but you can wait 2 months to activate if you want.
