The red light is on and I tried turning on using remote and also by pressing on power button. It makes a click sound but does not turn on. Tried to remove power cable and pressing power button for 60s for soft reset but still not turning on. I'll have to call buydig tomorrow. Was really excited when I got this but so frustrated now.

Same here received the 100$ cash refund today , still waiting on SD points/CB, according to SD it'll take 30 days to get them settled and ready to cash out , did you receive email or paperwork about 4 year extended accidental warranty?
Got the $100 refund but no paperwork for the warranty yet. I know I'm not who you originally asked but thought I'd share, cause I'm wondering about that too

Still haven't received any paperwork regarding the warranty.

I contacted BuyDig and mentioned that I had not received any correspondence regarding the extended warranty. The rep was very polite and said that they would resend the info. The following day I received the warranty number and link to the registration site.
