I found that the sony wf-1000xm3 fall out of my ears all the time but the jabra 75t stay in, which are like these.

Airpod styles also stay in but I can't justify the white toothbrush look (or the price).

It is. They like to throw that term in to confuse people. The microphones are noise canceling microphones. Basically the person you talk to hears less noise and more of your voice. It has no impact on the noise you hear when you listen to music etc...
