Fantastic find, was just looking at these in-store the other day and thought price was a bit steep. Half off seems pretty fair for that set.

I still have trouble getting them out of the holders barehanded. Any ideas?

Great set btw. No more trying to hunt for an Allen wrench set to tighten or assemble furniture anymore.

- include a thin spade screwdriver (handle-less) into the kit. shove it under the bit and pry with the thumb _upwards.

- I havent tried spraying a dry lube (Boeshield T-9) at the face of the rear plastic tab. The lube needs to be plastic-safe and all the bits have to be removed- dont want lube on the bit tip, the phillips will tend to cam out.

I really like these, especially the long bits get into tight spaces or through a hole. The short bits protrude _just enough vs standard short bits on their 2853-20 impact head's 4.7" length. fyi for standard short bits, the Dewalt bit chuck on say the CDF815 works great without 1/4" extensions.

The one you picked up/OP set has 20 1" P2 bits (lots of filler) but has metric hex.

The 100 piece set has more 2" and 3.5" bits

Great deal.
I just wish they would put more T25's in these sets. Seems like Philips and T25 is the go to 95% of the time.

Ridiculously difficult to remove the bits. I got rid of Milwaukee and got a Makita XPS set, they are better all around.

Ok deal. I do find that the milwaukee bits don't tend to last as long as other brands. I typically go for the dewalt kits. But if you need a set now, this one is fine. Just my 2 cents...

I already have 3 sets of these from previous Slickdeals. I really have to get off this site.

Just be careful not to over-tighten it..... furniture is notorious for stripping wood/splitting wood then having a much bigger problem.

What do you usually pay for other sets? Will provide a good price comparison here....

I wish they'd sell a kit of: #2 Phillips, T25, T20, and SQ2. That's what I use (and lose).

Like 30 of each.
