Humble Bundle's monthly subscription tier service which is called "Humble Choice" is currently holding a promotion in which they're offering a subscription for the first 3 months at $8 and May's promo includes the standard edition of Metro Exodus (+ the PC Enhanced Edition) bundled with 11 other game titles. However, in order to avoid being charged for an additional month you must cancel the subscription before May 25th and you won't be penalized for canceling. This is based on an email I received today so I'm not sure if this is available for everyone or exclusive to new Humble Choice customers like myself so your mileage may vary.

Is there a code needed? I see $12 instead of $8, and it's locked in for the full 12 months. Maybe a targeted promo?

This was targeted email offer. I received 'An exclusive offer just for you: Join May Choice now for only $8 per month for your first 3 months!'

That means $24 ($8 x 3 months minimum)

BTW Excellent game IMO. I got this PC Metro Exodus Gold from earlier promotion $18 and also in PS $12 . Great game to have although it runs slow in PS4 pro (max 1080p) and PC slow at ultra settings with Asus Strix 1080/i7/16GB/SSD.
