EDIT: I replied to the e-mail stating that the only reason I'm returning items is because they are defective and not as described. They responded that they wont ban my account but may restrict me from returning items in the future (just as bad in my opinion). I'll update further

1. Quad-shield RG6 cable spool--ended up with dual-shield instead even though both the cable housing and packaging stated as such.
2. The crimper I ordered (for previously mentioned RG6), had a missing piece that made it impossible to use.
I swear, monkeys could do a better job sorting and listing those goods. It's absolute BS that their screwups will end up on my CRAP list.
