Also check your monitor HDMI port specifications. Some 144hz monitors only support high refresh rate via DP.
I think the issue is that hdmi input on the monitor only goes up to 60hz. I need to get either usb c to dvi-d cable or hdmi to dvi-d that supports 144hz. I have been looking on amazon but unable to find one. Any input? Thanks
Nvm, i found my answer https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/how-to-connect-to-a-120-hz-display.3268285/
How do I modify this laptop to get these specs? Is there a youtube vid I can watch?
I currently get Reported 47 MH/s using T-rex miner with VRAM +1500. Also disabled Nvidia Dynamic boost and locked the GPU core to 1222 MHz at 700 mV. Temp is 63 C and hotspot temp is 67 C.
Previously, I got 46 MH/s with just the simple Core -400 / VRAM +1500 setting. Temp was 63 C and hotspot temp was 70 C.
I can get 48 MH/s by not limiting the Core and just applying VRAM +1500. This seemed to give more stale shares and I'm not comfortable running my laptop so hot.
I don't know how others got the video card power above 80W. Afterburner doesn't allow me to manually set the power.
Anyone else find a better setting?

Not sure if there's a way to allow those extra W this card has, maybe that could help get some more Mh/s.
