Just a comment.. the 120Hz ClearMotion is marketing. It's a 60Hz panel, no matter what, which shouldn't be surprising given the price point.

I'm pretty sure this is the retail price for it, at least every time I check in store that's the price it has. Never seen it go for more.

Great TV, ok deal. BJ's had it for $180 about a month ago.

TCL > Vizio when it comes to budget TVs imo. Every Vizio I've had is plagued with HDMI/CEC issues. TCL just... works.

How does this model compare to their newer 4 series?

I am always leery when it comes to model numbers that are specific to Wal-Mart only when Best Buy, Target, Amazon, etc all carry the same one for what seems to be the same item. I remember a situation where they took two seemingly identical Black and Decker weed trimmers apart and the Walmart one was made from heavy duty plastic moving parts inside and the Target one, 10% more expensive, was metal.

A lot of people have complained about terrible TV shipping from Walmart. Has this improved?
Well they do usually ship through FedEx..so it's still a problem. If it doesn't work though, they'll make it right.

I have this TV and it has a problem with my PS5. Two of the HDMI ports have frame studdering that made me think it was my system and so I replaced it. Same issue. When I put the PS5 on the HDMI-ARC port everything is fine... except I no longer have an ARC port.

I saw it was $199 shipping. Went back a few minutes later and it was free shipping. Bought it with the 4 year warranty for $280 including tax. Cheaper than anything I can get here in Hawaii 🤙🏽

You need to select Walmart as the seller. It defaults to a different seller.

Did you turn on game mode and turn off any frame smoothing/motion smoothing features?

Yea Game Mode was on. In fact the TV runs well for a while but then starts to have the issue and has the issue forever until you unplug everything.

I had tried THREE different ones last year, all had bad pixels.
I doubt this TV has changed from last year.

Is it just me or are TV prices going through the roof? During last year, a 70" ONN brand was $448. Last week when I went to Walmart it's pushing $600.

A 58" was $278 on average and now it's topping $400.

Is this TV any good? Looking for a TV for guest bedroom.
Same here. Looking for a TV for a guest bedroom so not looking for the latest and greatest.
I think this TV will do the trick.

IC shortages and shipping prices are through the roof, so going to be seeing prices on finished goods continue to climb. Not to mention the tariffs between 10-25% from the previous administration. Usually get downvoted to oblivion when this is mentioned, but it all adds up.

As for this TV, i ended up returning it for better picture quality and viewing angles on the 6 series, but for many this will be "good enough".

How's this one for PC monitor?
I have 2 of them set up in my home office. Cheaper than replicating the 3x20 inch monitor setup I had at work but with the screen real estate of 4 monitors.... I have zero complaints about it for productivity.

The second one is hooked up to my personal computer and it's certainly not a high refresh rate gaming monitor and it's probably not color accurate enough for professional photo editing, but it's absolutely FINE. Youtube, internet, playing a little Destiny 2... it works without any complaints.

It's perfectly fine for the price. nothing to shout home about.

If it's your primary screen then you might want to think about something better (in particular viewing angle is terrible), but otherwise it's perfectly OK for a bedroom.
