Not everyone play FPS game that need 1ms. There are other games you know.

Is that really the consensus? Millions of gamers via steam surveys are on 1080p 60hz monitors. 1440p 100hz is night and day different. This is a gaming monitor through and through.

I've had this now for almost a year now. Great monitor- I don't game or anything but for work it definitely takes the place of two smaller 23in monitors in my workspace.

Isn't 8ms a bit slow?

Does it give you more screen real estate compared to the 23" monitors. Trying to see if it's worth it to jump ship from my two 24 monitors into a single ultra wide.

Not sure why this is marketed as a "gaming monitor". 100hz with 8ms response time isnt great for gaming. Looks like a pretty good deal for a work monitor though

I also have this monitor for gaming/work from home and I prefer it to the 2 24 inch monitors I have at work. The biggest thing I like is I can have the primary application right in front of me instead of off to the side. I also use WinSplit to organize open applications around the screen. Disclaimer the 24's I have at work has a different vertical resolution. 1920x1200

Bought two of these a couple weeks back - one for work and another for trading. These are great for productivity and it didn't take more than a day to get used to my first curved monitor. Can't comment on gaming, but text is just fine. Like it better than my 4K 27" monitor.
Still wish I could find some better settings for this, though. I'm sure the picture is not nearly as good as it could be and I'm terrible at eyeballing settings. Turned up the gamma and messed with brightness, but that's it. All in all, a good value

Just bought two for home office use. Make sure you have the right ports on your laptop or your dock and also make sure your laptop can do the right resolutions for the sharpest picture quality. I replaced two smaller Dell monitors with one for me and one for the wife. We are loving it so far no complaints. Good price for ultra wide and curved monitor based off my research. Not going to use it for gaming so cannot comment. The onboard settings menu does suck and the buttons are in an awkward place.

Got 2 of these last week from Target at this price and red card discount. Both for work purposes - replaced a 32" QHD for me and 2 x 24" 1080p screens for my wife. We're very happy with them, especially for the price.

I bought from Target a couple week ago at the same price as others have said. Similar feedback to others, it's been working great for productivity, colors seem a bit 'off' but I'm still playing with the settings. I bought that $20 gas desk arm that was on sale the other day and it works amazing on this thing. I've tried on my gaming computer with my 3080, this experience has been hit or miss. My computer is quite a bit away from my desk so it could be a cable issue. I bought a DP cable to run at 100 or 120hz and try to use g-sync. Even testing some games at 100hz has created some issues, screen goes black randomly, weird artifacts. This happens with HDMI and DP cable. I'm going to do more testing and see if I can get it figured out. When it is working for games, it looks great. I have read about some weird issues people have with this monitor, so just be ready to do some tweaking if you're trying to game at high refresh rates/overclock or try to use g-sync. As a productivity monitor it should work right out of the box.
