This is also designed to keep it from dying, it's smart enough to shut off if cloged, or set wrong. You can bang these around, they will not break.
Please think Bagless work so well, but they "fluff" the dirt where a bag vacuum packs it into the bottom of the bag.
Also even the "hepa sealed" bagless vacs leak... bagged vacs insure that all of the dirt is forced through the bag (as a filter). And can't escape via poorly made seals and cracks int eh plastic.
This is also designed to keep it from dying, it's smart enough to shut off if cloged, or set wrong. You can bang these around, they will not break.
Bags are fine, as long as not overpriced proprietary, but prefer metal impellers over plastic for when items like BB's and little rocks go through that destroyed past Kirby's.....
