So many variations is confusing never know which is worth getting....
I ordered OS-Aster during the last big sale for $1,299 about 2 months ago and got it the first week of May. I'd get one of those 15% off coupons off eBay if you're seriously interested and stack it to make it an even better deal.
The wife and I enjoy it and use about 6-7 days a week each, sometimes two cycles a day. It's pretty decent, you feel a lot more relaxed after, but obviously no masseuse quality. Some areas get pounded a bit harder than we'd like, but we're still playing with the settings. It's getting a bit warm during use now if the AC isn't on and the foot rest is a bit more annoying than higher models as it's spring loaded and you're expected to extend out the foot massager yourself. It can be limiting for taller individuals, but it's fine for me at 5'10" and the wife at 5'2.5" states it's perfect.
It's not as massive as I thought it would be as my parents have a $6k MSRP 4D model that they got from Costco for ~$4k. It's obviously not as good as there's less features such as the lack of bluetooth speakers, heated seating when desired, more cushioning, airbag count, foot massage roller count and etc, but their chair is definitely not 4x better.
I'll answer any other questions on that model specifically if you have any.
Any recommendation for neck and shoulder massage?
My mom had a stroke 5 yrs ago. Her neck and shoulder muscles are kinda firm. I want to buy it for her.

the shoulder pad massagers are decent on amazon. You can calibrate the strength by how closely you pull it towards your neck and shoulders. they're not that expensive.
