One of my Lego orders arrived damaged and they wanted me to pay to send it back and they would send another. Shipping a 2000 pc set to Europe isn't cheap. So I kept the jacked box. I won't buy again.
Also, be sure you want the item when you hit order. There is no cancellation process.

I ask because I got one on the Amazon black friday deal a couple years back ($500). Still on the fence if I should open and assemble it or wait for it to retire and see if the price goes ridiculous.
