Seems worth it for flashlight and 600a peak maybe it can jump a car. I plan on using it for lawnmowers. Will see if it will start a lawnmower by itself. If it will Ill go back and buy the other 4. I rather use these then the lawn and garden battery.

Actually it really does work, these originally sold for $60 i'd have to say you're not going to start up a diesel truck, but in a pinch this will get most cars going think of it as cheap insurance, its also an emergency power bank and flashlight.

600a isn't enough power to turn a dead battery when it's cold
Most issues that arise from a 'dead' battery are actually from a battery towards it's end of life. Meaning it's minimum rating of 700cca (cold cranking amps) to be deemed good are now in the 400cca. It being in the grey area of actually turning over enough it may crank.
This is the it's the perfect thing for a smaller V6 motor and any 4 cylinder motor
this is hilarious, imagining trying to start a car with an 18650
just hope it doesn't explode and burn your car down
That was my reaction too... It looks just like one of those USB flashlights with a single 18650, but it must have some kind of high c-rate LiPo battery instead (the rc car type). I'm very curious what's actually going on in there. A stack of these could be great for hobby tinkering depending on what's inside

FWIW you totally can jump a car with 18650's. I run a sprinter 3500 diesel and jumped it with 2x 2ah 18v tool batteries rigged up in parallel when I was in a pinch. batteries were fine- these babies can pull huge amps if they're designed for it.
Also 18650s get a lot of flac for being explosive but they really are relatively safe compared to li-polymer. anyway, good luck!
