I've had for several years. $25 is the lowest price I've seen. Cooked 100s of meals in it.

Few caveats, which would make me purchase the brand name when this fails. The saute/sear is not nearly hot enough as the real IP are much hotter from what I've investigated. Mine only gets to <200F on saute/sear, while the IP are from 275-410. It's not possible to adjust the saute temp like on the real IP. Saute/sear takes forever on my Insignia.

There is no countdown timer after it's finished like the real IP. There is no yogurt function like the real IP. This is good if you're starting out, but I quickly found myself limited and have contemplated getting the real IP many times.

All electronic pressure cookers, including Instapot, generate a psi of 10 - 12 psi. The only pressure cookers that generate 15 psi are the type that you use on a stovetop burner.

Only thing is I think they have lower max psi. Like maybe 10-12 instead of 15.

Yeh, I think 10 psi is standard for electric. 15 psi is more like stove top

You can buy stainless steel separately.

I believe these are manufactured in same factory as Instant Pot. I bought these last BF with no regrets.

That adds $19, bringing the cost close to instant pot. Sometimes stainless steel version goes for $29 in the past, can wait for it

So I had been waiting for one of these for a long time and when I saw it for $25 a month or so ago I bought it. It clearly cooks a little slower than the high setting on an instant pot and the only reason I know that is from watching the YouTube videos. But I'm in love with it I absolutely love the thing

What does you buying one for a price mistake have to do with be able to buy one now? Can you show me one for $30 or less in the Insta pot?
