Really wish they'd give a deal to those who stay members! $149 yearly is steep though it works out to about $14/book with the 12 credits. Wife loves it and I just wish I could save some money on annual renewals and not go through the rigor moral of cancelling and rejoining and such. She has six 3 month cards (gets them as gifts from people) that each give 3 book credits, but wish they would work to extend the membership by 3 months as well. Audible has got me by the balls.

You lose unused credits when you cancel, so you'll want to use them within the 4 months.

Not true, you get to keep your credit for 12 mo per audible's policy

12 months after they were issued, so 8 more months after your 4 month trial. And the books you buy are yours forever

Try chatting with support and ask to early renew with 'discount gold annual'. Several folks say They've been able to do that for them.

I think I got the renewal for $120, but some say they've gotten $99.

I canceled last Friday rather than renewing for $150/yr. It let me sign up so I'm good for another four months, I'll see if they offer $120/yr when I cancel again before it switches back to $15/month.

I wonder if I can get Prime for a month, get this deal for 4 months and then cancel my prime membership? We have a 'family" Prime account but would prefer my audio books in my own account
