Respect for all those that can dive into this kind of investing. I buy stocks for long term growth, but the stress and heart ache of watching things triple, then go back to almost nothing, then back up overnight has to be rough.

Be careful eating that free popcorn while watching the stock go up and down, lol, since you wouldn't want to choke.

This is a very smart/strategic move. Despite the pandemic almost flatten the entire entertainment industry (especially in the retail cinema industry), retail investors helped saved, strengthen and raised capital so they can get back on their feet.

Seems like AMC is going to use their liquidity/cash on hand to expand more locations, restructure, enhance user experience, pay off debts, offer extra perks/freebies, etc.

What's even more interesting is the CEO is communicating directly to the retail investor for input/guidance. Also, in a recent press release, he said 'shareholders are the owners of AMC and I work for them'

Hoping for continued success for them and looking forward to what lies in the future 🚀

The Summer 2021 Blockbuster also looks promising this year...

Got in 300 shares at 2.44.

Sold at 10, and then got back in for 100 shares at $8.

Been a good time.

Stumbled on the stock simply because I felt like I really missed the movies in February.

Ha, they don't even show the P/E ratio anymore when you google the stock. Remember when those used to matter? What a circus.
