I have a HP Compaq 6200 Pro SFF Intel 5 pc - I did upgrade HDD, Ram, Video card
BIOS J01 v02.28 March 24th 2015
Its been working fine.
With this never ending updates, now it reboots in the middle of my work. No blue screen.
How to fix this?
HP has 2014 BIOS - but my PC has March 2015 BIOS - how is it possible?

Update:
- Soon after I bought this on NewEgg, I installed the Video Card - will get back with the year of purchase
- a year ago, I put larger 2nd HDD.
- a year ago, I added more memory

"A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the NVIDIA Streamer Network Service service to connect."
This link talks about it - I went to msconfig and disabled the service. Lets see what happens:

I have GeForce 8400 GS with the latest driver dated 2016.
Any tips to fix this?
Then I just installed the driver from Device mgr.
Then played Youtube.
It rebooted again!
Here is the Error code:
The Desktop Window Manager process has exited. (Process exit code: 0x00000001, Restart count: 1, Primary display device ID: NVIDIA GeForce 8400GS)
Better to try installing GPU drivers downloaded directly from the GPU mfg.
If it has internal graphics, you might try removing the graphics card and using integrated graphics instead.
.
Memory was PNY wanted to get the sw from NVidia - I will double check
Also you're asking about the life expectance of a 7 year old computer and realistically you shouldn't expect too many more years out of it.

To reduce to load on the mobo, I installed the Geforce 8400GS - so I asked? Though its 7yrs old, it might last longer if I use a separate video card?

Last longer as in, have slightly more powerful capable graphics so as to be more useful, maybe.
Last longer as in, extend the lifespan of the device, very unlikely.
It's possible that it's occasionally (under higher load) drawing a bit more power than the system can deliver and that's causing the 'black screens'.
