Win 10 reboots since the ongoing updates

I have a HP Compaq 6200 Pro SFF Intel 5 pc - I did upgrade HDD, Ram, Video card
BIOS J01 v02.28 March 24th 2015
Its been working fine.
With this never ending updates, now it reboots in the middle of my work. No blue screen.
How to fix this?
HP has 2014 BIOS - but my PC has March 2015 BIOS - how is it possible?

Update:
- Soon after I bought this on NewEgg, I installed the Video Card - will get back with the year of purchase
- a year ago, I put larger 2nd HDD.
- a year ago, I added more memory

The new card with fan working runs around 50C
The article below states "But the average GPU temp while gaming should be around 65 degrees Celsius to 75 degrees Celsius".

Apparently modern cards fan got turned off at temp below 60C. Mine is not modern and fan motor bearing must have failed resulting in bearing sound.
