I mentioned the offer to my wife who is a Chase employee and she pulled it up on her internal system. It had a note that they had additional offers if you apply in a branch. You get the 100k points, 1st year AF waived, and a $50 grocery credit. So essentially an extra $145 for applying in the branch.
Wow. No brainer if you are eligible for the bonus.
I signed up for 80k offer just last week. Can I get chase to make it 100k?

I went in the branch today. The CSP offer didn't show up when he accessed my existing "profile". The rep found a workaround by creating a new profile. After he did that the offer showed up on his end and we proceeded with the application. He said in a few days we can merge the profiles so the card shows up in our existing online account.
Hopefully this trick can work for others.
Good to know. I actually have a personal profile and a business profile with both showing the same accounts except my Ink Business Card. I see the CP online app under the personal profile, but not the business one. When I go in tomorrow I'll ask them to tell me which profile they are under.

Wish I've seen this seen this earlier and try it out.

You're the second person who's said this. Deal may end tomorrow. Deal may end in 2030. Nobody has said why they think it may end tomorrow.
Chase internal memo came out on May 28 launching the promo in branch on June 1. Promos last at least 30 days and they still haven't updated the bank promo marketing material.

I guess you haven't been following this thread to see why people think it might end tomorrow. Hope the source is wrong.
Applied online before knowing about waived AF and $50 grocery credit. Has anyone been successful in calling in to get the extra $145 applied to the account?
Letting everyone know:
A few days ago, I applied in my branch. My banker had an 80k sign up bonus + $95 fee waiver WITHOUT the $50 groceries credit and he had no idea about the memo and the extra 20k. He even said that memo picture didn't look very legit.
After receiving the card, I made a small groceries purchase. Just now, the payment posted along with a credit in equal amount called "STMNT CRDT GROCERY PURCHS".
Just got my card today. I was able to get the first year's annual fee waived. My question is when can I product change the preferred to a no annual fee card? Will I be charged $95 before I can product change?
You can product change on the anniversary date of your card approval. The annual fee will be charged on the first of the month thereafter (I'm not sure what happens if your approval date coincides with the first of the month). Chase will give you 30 days from the date of your annual fee for you to request a full refund.
So, if you're on top of your finances, you have ample time to do the product change AND avoid paying the annual fee.
Otherwise, if you're late downgrading the Sapphire Preferred, Chase will prorate the refund of the annual fee.
Note: While Chase will usually process the refunds automatically, I make it a point of always requesting the refund.

So if I make my $4k purchase and pay off, then cancel within 30 days of AF, I can get the first AF waived? I've seen folks report this on the Chase Southwest card, but not here.
If you actually go to doctor's source, it says the 17th is when the 80k + extra 20k ends and when the 100k starts. It specifically says there is no known end date for the 100k offer.
