I mentioned the offer to my wife who is a Chase employee and she pulled it up on her internal system. It had a note that they had additional offers if you apply in a branch. You get the 100k points, 1st year AF waived, and a $50 grocery credit. So essentially an extra $145 for applying in the branch.
Wow. No brainer if you are eligible for the bonus.
I signed up for 80k offer just last week. Can I get chase to make it 100k?

DP:
Just came into chase branch. My CSR and CSP were downgraded last Friday. Learn more finally popped up this morning in my app, but I'm not eligible for it yet in branch. Banker said she'd check tomorrow and Friday to see when I'm eligible, but I'm losing out on the annual fee and $50 grocery if I do it thru app.

I also converted my CSR last Friday and will go to branch later for this CSP.
Visited my local branch and they still have the 80k with the waived AF. They called the credit card line in my presence, they said even if it showed 80K I should get the 100k bonus. After reading through this thread, I think I'll just wait until 17th like doctorofcredit mentioned.
Also the credit card line person said this offer should be here for another month or two.
Data Point: I converted my CSP to a Freedom Unlimited on Monday, 6/14. I had Learn more button show up this afternoon. I plan on going into the branch tomorrow and see if I can apply for it.
This has been so infuriating and wasted 2 hours of my time today. Downgraded my CSR (Opened 11/2016) to a CFF on 6/11. Downgraded my CS which was a CSP (Opened 12/2012) to a CFU on the same day. I can apply for the card online. Went to the first branch and after 20 minutes, they can't do anything about waving the annual fee or the $50 grocery credit. Went to the second branch which was by another errand I had to run. No luck there either. They told me to call card member services and they could probably waive the fee. I keep getting looped back to Chase Freedom customer service, who are telling me I can't get the bonus because I've already had a CSP in the past and I have to wait for 60 days.

Why are you listening to what any one of these people are saying at the branch. It makes no difference what they say, you WILL GET the AF waived as well as 50 grocery credit AUTOMATICALLY with in branch app. They have no clue obviously in their branch about their own product promotions. If you read at least 1 page of this thread and the wiki you would already know this info. Go back to ANY branch and apply. You are eligible for the bonus if you waited 4 days after downgrade.

I just came home from 2 different branches. They put in my info and neither branch showed the CSP offer for me and it's been 4 days since downgrade.
Does anyone know how long this dead will be available? I know I'm going to spend a pretty hefty amount in September that should help me get to 4k, so if I could still apply around the end of june, would be nice
Good luck! Please let me know how it goes. I am trying again Thursday.
I went in the branch today. The CSP offer didn't show up when he accessed my existing "profile". The rep found a workaround by creating a new profile. After he did that the offer showed up on his end and we proceeded with the application. He said in a few days we can merge the profiles so the card shows up in our existing online account.
