I mentioned the offer to my wife who is a Chase employee and she pulled it up on her internal system. It had a note that they had additional offers if you apply in a branch. You get the 100k points, 1st year AF waived, and a $50 grocery credit. So essentially an extra $145 for applying in the branch.
Wow. No brainer if you are eligible for the bonus.
I signed up for 80k offer just last week. Can I get chase to make it 100k?

In branch with 80k + $50 grocery credit + annual fee waiver on computer screen. The banker verified it is 100k after calling back end credit card team.
DP: Today is day 7 since product change from sapphire to freedom. Called my bank to talk to the personal banker and had an assistant manager answer. He pulled up my profile and still couldn't see the CSP available for me. He said he could waive the annual fee for me (not sure how) and give him some time to call card services. The card offer is still showing up in my app as of Wednesday. Will update to see what he says.

Same here. Banker unable to see offer under my profile but I can see it on my account. The banker told me the same thing. One other thing I noticed while looking at the computer screen while talking to the banker was that it states the annual fee is waived when applied in branch. The banker said the grocery credit is also offered if applied online.
Just got approved for the card two days ago in the branch. Card is showing up on the chase app but the bonus says 80k only is that normal? Will it not show 100k? Thanks in advance.
I wanted to come here and report that I was able to sign up in branch today for the CSP with 100k points, 1st year annual fee waived, and the $50 grocery credit.
Quick and easy. I recommend making an appointment online to minimize wait time.
