I mentioned the offer to my wife who is a Chase employee and she pulled it up on her internal system. It had a note that they had additional offers if you apply in a branch. You get the 100k points, 1st year AF waived, and a $50 grocery credit. So essentially an extra $145 for applying in the branch.
Wow. No brainer if you are eligible for the bonus.
I signed up for 80k offer just last week. Can I get chase to make it 100k?

until when do you have to use the credit? chase freedom is 5% on groceries in Q3 so it might be awhile.
Didn't look at the exact terms on this one, but usually it's 12 months for grocery credit time limit.

I've been getting the '30 days' message for 4 days now. Does anyone know what that means?
30 days doesn't really mean anything. It's a neutral status that they're still thinking about their decision. You can call the automated line to try to get an update. Eventually, it'll either change to 14 days (approved) or 7-10 days (denied, then you call their human recon to appeal).

I mean if you book a flight or cash out what can they do? If the rules are to spend that amount by a date in their rules and you get the points then didn't you already complete their requirements?
Chase typically is more lax and won't claw back a sign up bonus for things like that. If your financial situation allows you to continue to float the 4k, it's better to be safe than risk it if they decide they suddenly want to start enforcing things since 100k is a bit.
For reference, Amex, on the other hand, has been known to claw back and/or just freeze your points if you do anything semi-sketchy, including refunds or even dumping that card in under 12 months. They may also just blacklist all your accounts for a bit. Don't mess with Amex.
I received a sign up bonus for CSR last year but did a PC to freedom flex 2 months ago. Since this is a different product than the one I got the bonus for, would I still qualify for the bonus?

Don't think so. I think the terms is 48 months from the last time you earned a sapphire bonus whether it's the preferred or reserve
Is there a way to see the card number, exp and ccv instantly or do we need to wait to get the card in the mail?
Don't think so. What you can do is add it to Apple pay or google pay via the chase app under digital wallet whenever it shows up. I got approved Friday and it appeared on sunday
Applied in branch a week ago. Approved same-day. Still seeing 80k offer and the grocery credit but when I called the 1-800 number in the back of the card and asked to speak to a manager about the 100k and annual fee waiver they demurred and said it wasn't on my account. This is my second time escalating. It's honestly exhausting and feels like a bait and switch. I have the banker's name and number and wondering what the next best move is. They told me they'll call back within 3-7 days.
Would calling the branch and asking for the banker help ?
My advice to everyone including myself in the future is to GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND KEEP COPIES exactly for moments like this.
Hello everyone. Received the approval email this am. How long before I am able to add the card to Apple Pay using the digital wallet feature in the Chase app?
I applied fri got a pending called asked to move credit around then told 24-48 hours for security to approve, call today they say 1 to 2 weeks in the mail ,I don't see it either pending online anyone knows what this means?

If you do it via a phone call, do you know if that is considered in-branch? ...will you get the AF waived?
