I mentioned the offer to my wife who is a Chase employee and she pulled it up on her internal system. It had a note that they had additional offers if you apply in a branch. You get the 100k points, 1st year AF waived, and a $50 grocery credit. So essentially an extra $145 for applying in the branch.
Wow. No brainer if you are eligible for the bonus.
I signed up for 80k offer just last week. Can I get chase to make it 100k?

I currently have the Chase Ink business card. When I look at my account it says I'm pre approved for the Chase Sapphire Preferred. I go through the process of applying and now it says they need to review my application. What kind of bs is that if I'm pre-approved?
I linked the card with several digital wallets after 3 days. I still don't have the physical card, but I can make local purchases with Samsung Pay & online Paypal purchases.
Sign in your Chase app, click the Sapphire account, then scroll down. Under "Your new account bonus" you'll see your bonus points and spending progress. Keep in mind that if you signed up in-branch, it will show only 80K points but you'll get 100K points once the $4K spend threshold is met.

I signed up for the CSP. Where on my online bank account page does it show the 100k offer? I see people mentioning that it is shown somewhere but I cannot find any mention of it.

Signed up using the above link. I got the card yesterday and signed up on the website. How to check that my account is eligible for the promotion ?
If you're getting the $5 or $10/month Auto Pay discount and you use a credit card to make a one-time payment online or through the My Verizon app, the removed discount will appear as a charge on your next bill.
They only accept bank or debit for autopay discount since they want to skip the merchant fees.
Other vendors like T-Mobile seem to not care and still give you autopay discount but Verizon calls it out specifically.
What do we get if I have a family member refer me for CSP? I'm already pre-qualified.
So many comments but if I'm not mistaken the 50$ grocery is expired so I would only get first year waived if I apply in store? Would first year mean starting from day 1 or day 365 I will have $95 annual fee waived. Thanks
If you have someone refer you for the CSP, he will get 20K points once you apply through his referral link and get approved. You will need to pay $95 annual fee and get 100K points after you meet $4K spend threshold.
If you apply in branch you will get 100K points with the $95 annual fee waived for the first year.

You get nothing more. They get 20,000 points which are worth $200. They can split that to give you the cash back for that annual fee.
The $50 grocery credit is history. You do get the $95 waived with an in-branch application but you can help your family member with $100 worth of points and you can net $5 worth of points for your troubles and pay for the $95 annual fee.
Which are the services where you can prepay a large amount ? Did anyone try PG&E or xfinity ? Say $2000 and they wont refund you the money. Haha, I think my water company sent me back a check for the excess amount and I lost the check

Anyone know if I can somehow use referral through branch and get 20k pts for them while also getting annual fee waived? 😁

You lost a $2000 check? Ouch. Pge has credit card fees. But you can prepay. Same with Comcast. Water company is getting tougher. Max $1000 prepay every 30 days. Not sure why they dont want our money.
