I mentioned the offer to my wife who is a Chase employee and she pulled it up on her internal system. It had a note that they had additional offers if you apply in a branch. You get the 100k points, 1st year AF waived, and a $50 grocery credit. So essentially an extra $145 for applying in the branch.
Wow. No brainer if you are eligible for the bonus.
I signed up for 80k offer just last week. Can I get chase to make it 100k?

My family member says they only have an email from chase for referral for freedom line. Is the CSP referral targeted option or is there a link in chase account they can send me?
Only a Chase Sapphire Preferred cardholder can make a referral for that card.
COSTCO card, which also allows you to shop at COSTCO stores with it and without membership. the COSTCO card has no fees and acts like a gift card.
But it is a catch-22. I believe you need membership to buy it unless you can get some friend to buy it. Or become a member, buy the cards and then cancel the membership. I don't bother with any of that - we have executive membership and that pays us more than the fee that they charge.
. While the single SD folk carry one or two items to self checkout and everyone stares since no one only buys a couple items there.
You might stare and act surprised - but nobody stares - everybody does their own thing. Even I have several times realized that I forgot to get something after I have checked out - then I get that item and gone through the self-checkout. Your stare was ignored :-)
You can get it on Costco.com without a membership.

It says "Member only item" - doesn't let you add until you login. My login is tied to my costco card - so don't know if you can create an account without costco card and then purchase.

Sign in your Chase app, click the Sapphire account, then scroll down. Under "Your new account bonus" you'll see your bonus points and spending progress. Keep in mind that if you signed up in-branch, it will show only 80K points but you'll get 100K points once the $4K spend threshold is met.
I applied from my Chase Freedom account, a link saying I was preapproved for CSP with 100K bonus points. Following the link I was approved for CSP immediately. I've received and used CSP for several days, but under the CSP account there's no where showing the 100K bonus points. I remember seeing the 100K offer one time right after I acitvated CSP. Do I need to contact customer support for the 100K not showing? Thanks in advance.

For me a few days after I applied in my Chase account under that CC it showed towards the bottom..."You're getting there! You have until Date to earn 100,000 bonus rewards..." then it showed how much I have spent and how much I have to go.
It shows on Chase app. If you want to see it on your PC, then go to your Chase Ultimate Rewards account.

Is there a way to check to see how long it's been since we last received the bonus?
You can check your old statements for your other Sapphire cards (as long as the card is still open, either as a Sapphire or as a different product). As land the statement date is older than 48 months, you are in the clear.
