I don't check every day but today, I see that I have pending 20K points to earn on my next statement. It is less the one return we had from the prior statement. So. I am golden with both the cards and total 220K points in bonus rewards between the two cards.

Wow. Had a meh experience at my branch. Downgraded 7/28, went into the branch to apply today (7/31) and they said it's not showing up on my account to apply. Asked to apply as a guest and they had no idea what I was talking about. Any ideas on how to proceed? Go to a different branch? Wait longer? Thanks!
