I mentioned the offer to my wife who is a Chase employee and she pulled it up on her internal system. It had a note that they had additional offers if you apply in a branch. You get the 100k points, 1st year AF waived, and a $50 grocery credit. So essentially an extra $145 for applying in the branch.
Wow. No brainer if you are eligible for the bonus.
I signed up for 80k offer just last week. Can I get chase to make it 100k?

$1,300: 100,000 points from the sign-up bonus. 400 points from your $4,000 purchases. 100,400 total points. Convert to $1,040 dollars x 1.25 pay-yourself-back bonus = $1,300. Just make sure you have $1,300 of purchases in the 25% categories. I've already completed the bonus and cashed out - got $1,300 in Pay-Yourself-Back cash.
Do you have to go through each eligible PYB transaction and assign UR points to it? Sorry haven't gotten that far yet.

PYB screen lists all the eligible transactions. You can select them all and submit them at once.
There is a limit. The maximum number of transactions that you may select at any one time is 12.
Note: I believe the limit applies to each time that your place a redemption order, with no limit as to the number of redemption orders that you can place each day. However, I'm not certain. I haven't attempted to redeem more than 12 transactions (1 redemption order) in one day.
Perhaps someone who has attempted to redeem more than 12 transactions can add their experience.
EDIT: Confirmed, see following posts by svsfan and Tazmania99. No limit on the number of redemption orders.

12 transactions per order but can make more than 1 order, I made two orders on the chase freedom one day
Quick question, I PC from CSR to Freedom Unlimited on Wednesday. It's been more than 2 years since my opening bonus for the CSR card. Am I good to go for my wife to send me a referral for CSP (she currently has it) and to apply for CSP for myself? Thanks all!

Huh, I had no idea they could do that. Might move some of my credit limit from other cards to the Sapphire if that's allowed.
Yep I downgraded from CSR to Freedom Unlimited. (I now have 2 Unlimiteds and one Flex. 😆) When I applied for CSP this time, Chase moved about half of my credit limit on the old CSR to the new card.

Thanks, I know that's been said a billion times but for whatever reason I had it dialed up that it was 24 months in between bonuses, not 48 like you listed. I guess I'm not eligible for the bonus. I still PCed to the freedom unlimited card since the new $550 annual bonus is too much IMHO.

How long did you wait till you applied for CSP after you downgraded?
