I mentioned the offer to my wife who is a Chase employee and she pulled it up on her internal system. It had a note that they had additional offers if you apply in a branch. You get the 100k points, 1st year AF waived, and a $50 grocery credit. So essentially an extra $145 for applying in the branch.
Wow. No brainer if you are eligible for the bonus.
I signed up for 80k offer just last week. Can I get chase to make it 100k?

Can you do more than one PYB on same day? Chase seems to be allowing, is there any downside in doing a second PYB on same day?

You can do it as many times you want as long as you have the points and qualifying purchases to check off.

There is no limit on the number of PYB redemptions per day although you can only do 10 at a time. You can do 10 after 10 and so on.

That's a dozen at a time, at least on a PC. Not sure what shows up on the app.

You can get Visa/MC from one of the groceries store and load it up. I think it will show up as groceries. Unless Chase flag a $2k spend at a grocery store for fraud or something.
i can probably do a couple of $600 gc from the grocery store i always buy from. then maybe $1k on Amazon and another $1k on Walamrt GC.

Please note. I corrected the post. The deadline for the Pay Yourself Back program is now December 31. https://www.doctorofcredit.com/ch...r-31-2021/
Nice !!!

I was stressing over this one. Thank you.

May be I buy appliances this BF with both my and wife's card(s) and perhaps get to use up not only these points but my older chase freedom points too. I have 47K points amassed on that card too.

Which Credit bureau does chase pull? About to goto a branch. Should I say I know the Annual fee is waived in branch?

If I redeem rewards points towards a purchase, does that purchase still count towards my 4,000 in spending?

Per their standard protocol, Chase doesn't say what happens after any promotional extension expiration date. It leaves their option open for extending or changing the program. It leaves the general public in suspense.

No limit, other than redeeming eligible purchases. There is a maximum number of 12 such purchases that can be redeemed under any one transaction, but there is no limit to such transactions per day.

My understanding is that Chase uses Experian more often than not.

P.S. In answer to your second question: I would ordinarily suggest confirming the details of any offer before signing up. However, Chase banking officers have proven time and again to give out wrong information. Frankly, unless you see it in writing, I wouldn't trust the banker. (One Chase banker even said that Chase never waives annual fees!)

For freedom you get only 10% extra for Dinning. At least that's what it shows to me(with $250 max)
