There are no add on card fees for chase sapphire preferred, reserve costs $75.

My apologies. I completely misread your post. You were not "instantly approved". That means that your application was accepted and being processed. Please disregard my previous response that touched on how to apply.
I would suggest that you wait two days and call the Reconsideration Line for a status update. As many SDers have reported here, some issues can be quickly cleared with the simple phone call. Reconsideration Line: (888) 270-2127
Also, if the phone call results in approval, you can request that your card be expedited (2-day delivery) during the same phone call.

NP 1dash1. Thanks for the good advice. Called the number and was told that I was "just approved". Asked for them to expedite and they obliged as well. Got some spending to do now!
