I mentioned the offer to my wife who is a Chase employee and she pulled it up on her internal system. It had a note that they had additional offers if you apply in a branch. You get the 100k points, 1st year AF waived, and a $50 grocery credit. So essentially an extra $145 for applying in the branch.
Wow. No brainer if you are eligible for the bonus.
I signed up for 80k offer just last week. Can I get chase to make it 100k?

I have the CSR card and the CIP cards for several years so not qualify for more.

My wife has a CSR card, and I am wondering if she can apply for the CIP card using my self employment business ID to get the 100k points?

Anyone have a creative way to maximize the points before doing a product change to avoid the annual fee? I don't really have interest in booking travel. I only have a few days left.

If you downgrade to a Freedom I believe you can keep the points

I don't know a way to get more than 1 cent per point except for travel
PYB sucks , only AIRBNB or charity
If you have to take a flight somewhere sometimes it pays to transfer points to airlines. Chase lets you transfer to Southwest which is a good deal but I think its only a good deal when you have a flight in mind

If I was charged my original AF on 10/1/21, will it be the exact same date this year too (ie 10/1/22)?

How fast would I be able to PYB on an Airbnb? Does it just have to post?

I closed out my card today after the annual fee is due. It's still showing a balance of $95, does the balance eventually go to 0?

Now that it has been a month since your post, what ended up happening with the $95 annual fee you got on your statement?

Which month did you open the CSP account in 2021? Did the $95 annual fee show up on the 12th or 13th statement?

The CSP was my first ever Chase CC and I still consider myself a newbie.

If I open a Chase Freedom account (either Flex or Unlimited) to get the $200 bonus (for spending $500), is it possible to transfer the remaining Ultimate Rewards Points from the CSP account to that new Freedom account?

Does such transfer happen instantaneously?

Also, is my understanding correct that SDers generally prefer the Freedom Flex over Freedom Ultimate?

Damn I missed this deal , my parents signed up under the 80k offer, oh well.
Question though: I have had this card back in 2019 I think, closed after 1 year but I still see now this as a preApproval under the account management.

What are the chances I'll get the bonus after spend ( keeping in mind it hasn't been 4 years yet)

Note that this thread for 100K SUB was from June 2021 (last year).

If I'm not mistaken, the 100K SUB continued to be available until November 2021 through local branches.

The one change I recall that happened in August 2021 was replacement of $50 grocery credit (easier to get that benefit) with $50 hotel credit (must be booked through Chase Ultimate Rewards Portal which isn't always competitive with other sites or purchasing directly from hotel's site).

It eventually went to 0. I don't remember the exact month the fee showed up sorry.
