Wyze is a piece of shit company that provides no customer service. It went from a month to respond to support tickets to can't open support tickets at all.

The headphones were pretty good but mine ended up being defective. Battery only lasted 30ish minutes. Took a little over 2 months to get a refund from them. I purchased directly from them. Back and forth with multiple tickets. Was a giant headache.
