I have this mouse. Sometimes it doesn't connect (like once a month), but can be fixed with a on and off switch. Grip has deteriorated along the thumb rest. Synapse software sometimes doesn't detect the mouse, but it still works. This is annoying if I want to change settings. I have to disable the mouse and enable it again in hardware manager.

The LED to indicate battery percentage is cool, and with the LED off on the mouse I get a pretty long battery life.

It's nice to have my mouse be wireless, but the build quality on that thumb grip after a few months of usage is disappointing. If the g502 wireless was cheaper I'd go with to that, feels cheap compared to the 502. But at $100, this is hard to beat.

I upgraded to this mouse on the last $100 slick deal that was posted. great mouse that is extremely fast and ergonomic. My only gripe is even with LED on low power you can only really bank on 8, maybe 10 hours of battery life before it has to be charged or its going to die on you. I had the mouse that was under this one and the battery life was much less so 10 hours is a pretty good haul overall. I defiantly recommend this mouse for the mapping options on the buttons, makes online play so much faster having all of your hot keys bind to the mouse.

I paid $115 for the mouse and generally like it. EXCEPT the wireless has this weird problem where after it has been idle for 10+ minutes and I wake it it only works in the current open window. I have to hit crtl+alt+del to open task manager and it works fine after. Dealing with razer support to fix this issue. In the meantime just using it wired. Buyer beware, besides that I love the mouse. I had a Razer Lancehead wireless prior which I loved and gave me no problems.

My favorite mouse so far. Not the lightest but accommodates medium to large size hands very well. So much so I bought the Hyperspeed version for office use as well (same shape).

I turned off the RGB completely and so far I'm having great battery life, matter of fact never really worried about it. Just put it on the dock when you are consuming medium or not using the mouse. The software is your typical manufacturers' bloat, not a fan and didn't really use it at all other than setting up buttons initially. Would recommend 100% at this price.

I personally would avoid razer products like the plague. Look up all the problems razer products have. I had two razer products and they barely lasted a year or two and support is terrible. Not sure if they fixed all those issues but I wouldn't risk it

Yeah, I've seen similar comments about Razer on buildapcsales. I've also seen somewhat similar comments about Logitech. I guess you could pay an additional $15 for a two year Best Buy warranty, but based on some comments I've read today... I'm not sure it would be worth it. Kinda wish they had display models to try out in-store

I went through 3 wireless Razer mice within 18 months, two of them being the not-cheap Mamba. Their double click issues are awful, and their software bloated. Will never buy a Razer mouse again. Switched to Logitech G305 and haven't had any issues.

No one is talking about the $20 in Razer Gold Code you also get for purchasing this from BestBuy, which makes this an even better deal.

I haven't used this wireless mouse but have a Logitech gaming one that takes AAs. I don't see the need to be rechargeable as I go 3 to 6 months before replacing the rechargeable batteries.

In for one. I got the Viper ultimate previously, but felt the battery life was not great even with RGB off, ended up returning. I had this Basilisk on my radar, but it was about $130s or so previously. Hopefully, this one is good.

I've had this for about 5 months now. No complaints, except it doesn't feel *premium*. The main clickers just feel kinda thin and flimsy and the body feels like cheap, light plastic. The biggest disappointment is the feel of the scroll wheel. It just feels like weightless garbage, even coming from a Dell freebie mouse.

That being said, I have no problems with the battery life. There is no lag. I've never had a connection problem. It glides great even over a (poorly) finished wood surface. Easy customization like reassigning buttons and changing dpi.

I'd only recommend this for itinerant gamers. This is NOT a productivity mouse and not likely a good do-it-all mouse.

Give the Roccat Kone Pro Wireless a shot, I'm now using it over this. I wish it had a charging dock but it's the best mouse i've ever used. INCREDIBLY light, 52+ hours of charge time, connection is flawless, great for big or medium hands.

You know what that's on my bucket list. I've been using two Roccat wired mouse prior to this for years, that mouse definitely interests me a lot
