That having been said, this is the best deal you'll find on this vacuum refurbished. You want the fluffy head if you have any sort of hard surface flooring, and that only comes with the absolute package

This article from Consumer Reports [consumerreports.org] is a bit concerning, but I don't know how trustworthy they are, maybe they are like BBB where companies have to pay them for high ratings. I have heard before that reliability is not great on dyson vacs, and refurbs probably even more likely to have issues.

That having been said, this is the best deal you'll find on this vacuum refurbished. You want the fluffy head if you have any sort of hard surface flooring, and that only comes with the absolute package
Edit: Also looks to me like the Total Clean is better, making eBay the better deal if you don't want Walmart for extended warranty/returns.
