I have this and have had a channel bound tele. I prefer this to plasticky binding any day. It's just really a smooth and buttery experience. I will warn the neck is different than the other am pro guitars. It's more rounded and a bit smaller. It honestly is about the size of the player strats, albeit much better finished.

I have an ultra tele and I'm not gelling with it like I thought. It's so beautiful and plays well. Maybe it's the pickups. I do love the mocha burst.

My go to is actually this am pro channel bound strat for some reason. Mine isn't pink at all. Just like someone put a single coat of milky paint on some wood so it still shows through. I dig it much more than an olympic or polar white, but that's me.

I might try to find someone to trade my tele for an ultra or elite strat. Don't know how I became a strat dude again (from teles). I'm not good enough to show up anywhere with a strat.

Bought a sweet deal with a Vibrolux Amp and an American Professional Elite back in 2017. Both the amp and the guitar had warranty issues (LOL). I've had amazing luck with Mexican Fenders (Duo Sonic HS, Duo Sonic SS, Triple Tele). That being said, I'd be all over an HSS strat if they ever run one. Every Fender I buy is from Adorama and they've always been great to work with. The warranty issues were all on Fender's end.

I've had awesome luck with Adorama Fenders. Bought a HS DuoSonic, SS DuoSonic and Triple Tele. All Mexican. All great. Also in 17 bought a American Professional Elite SSS Strat with a Vibrolux Amp. Amazing deal, but both the guitar and amp had warranty issues (Fender's problem, not Ado's). That being said, I'd do an American guitar again (prefer it).... but I'm holding out for an HSS tele.
