For some reason, the BKs around here take 10+ minutes to make your order. The employees are genuinely unhappy about their job and don't try to hide it.

It's a great deal but because of the wait times, I can see why people are less likely to frequent a BK

I drive clear across town quite often just for BK, since feeding a family is more suitable at this location.

Chicken nuggets are highway robbery at any other location. At BK, you add it during the checkout for $1.50 for 10. The same thing would cost me over $4 or $5.

Are you sure you have the latest version of the app? The latest version on Android allowed me to store a GC.

What I hate about them is that you can't split an order between a GC and another form of payment when the GC isn't enough to cover the order. The app asks me to reload my GC balance šŸ™„

They are bad at processing app orders. Last time I ordered thru the app the lady said the register said my balance was due. I was confused and handed her my card. She looked startled and said "oh no you have to pay in the app". I rechecked the app and it said paid, I received an email receipt, and even pulled up my credit card account to show the charge went thru. After sitting there for 10 minutes she dead ass starred at me with a stink face and said "I don't know what to do, so I guess I'll just have to let you have the food for free this time." Most of the BK and Taco Bell locations within 5 to 10 miles are like:
  • Don't allow mobile orders.
  • Takes too long to fill the orders. so long lines and too much wait on drive through lanes.
  • Most of the the locations don't allow walk-ins.
  • Almost 90% of workers are sad, unhappy and they are like "whatever" " who cares about Customer", "customer service, what's that?" kind of attitude.
  • Once paid on the Mobile App and if they are out of the Menu items they can't cancel, can't refund your mobile order and you're on you own to deal with corporate by calling 800#

  1. Their online ordering sucks. Can't even remove toppings you don't want.
  2. Employees always seem disorganized with no real management. Wait times are always too long as a result. I can go to a McD's with a packed drive through and be out in a few minutes. If I see two or more cars in line at BK I go somewhere else, because I don't want to wait 30-40 minutes for "fast" food.
  3. Quality between locations varies wildly. Most locations are terrible, occasionally you will have a meal that is good but usually few and far between.

I pay in my app with BK gift cards.

One thing that confused me at first is they call a BK gift card (a BK Crown Card). Once you click that you enter the gift card info and it should attach to your account.

Our BK randomly closes early because of lack of staff. The building is ancient and the parking lot is full of giant pot holes. The franchisee owner lives in another state and clearly doesn't care about his employees or the building. I ordered on the app a month ago and they were closed when I got there at 6:45 PM. A few days later, they refused to give me my order. I did a charge back.

Imagine paying for food and the employee telling you that they are doing you a favor by giving it "for free" and making you look like a poor bum

Had some customer service issues and they gave me courtesy credit in my app but it sucks because to use credit you cant use coupon at same time.... so it ends up offsetting the benefit of the courtesy credit

sorry - may be wrong place, but had to vent
