Don't do it. These shakes with oats are horrific. I bought some at Sam's club and the clotted consistency is enough to make you gag. I tried one, got a third of the way through, and said NOPE! returned mine, and the clerk said they have been getting many returns on these for exactly the same reason.

They were good at first. But I ordered a ton in prior some of them especially in the cardboard cartons are very lumpy and gummy

Maybe I just got lucky.
I got two 4 packs of the blueberry on clearance at Kroger for $4 ($1 each) and they were smooth and tasted great.
Wish I'd bought more...they were gone when I went back a couple of days later.
