I had to choose other sellers then Wansview
Daytime footage is great, sd card records motion only, works with other apps, but I think you have to have their China app installed for it to work. (NX-V)

I don't trust Amazon reviews as much as people on here.
Nearly all of these cheaper cams offering cloud services phone home. Constantly. They use some kind of decentralized P2P system to offload the processing load across servers all over the place. The real issue isn't someone spying on you, it's the potential attack vector these cams become. You do not want them capable of accessing the rest of your network, but segmented off. And ideally you want to block all outbound traffic from them as well.
So, the seller has a change of mind? Well, maybe it's for the better. I'm glad they exhibit their true color even before ship the product.
