I bought this very similar set as a different brand from Walmart 11+ years ago for $20, and I could say I use it the most even until this day. Things I do around the house: open light sockets, fix treadmills, bikes, assemble furnitures, etc... When I need to run out to help somebody to fix little things around the house, I grab this box most of the time.
If we talk about the quality, it's an average quality and don't expect to have one like a $200 set.
If we talk about the warranty, you virtually don't need to worry because they don't break easily at all. Set your expectation & use it the right way & at the right place.
I have used tools from DeWalt, Ryobi, Milwaukee, Bosch, Black+Decker, HF, etc... and this set is just different.
It's the versatility and convenience you would appreciate.

Wow, $0.38 in my location.
Seems like a great inexpensive/low quality set to throw in the trunk for long trips when you might need a tool in a pinch (on the side of the road, etc.).

If using for important projects I advise getting better quality to save you money in the long run too
You mean I shouldn't buy this to rebuild the engine on my race car. /S
Obviously it's not for important projects, it's not for any project. This is for quick repairs around the home and it works perfectly for that.
Not a good set for a boomer. He won't buy it, he'll complain that the quality is not sufficient to do repairs on the space station. Then he'll tell you some lame story about back in his day while never fixing anything.
If you need to complain about another generation to feel complete you are just confirming that your time has passed. I'm sure there are older people than you that live a fuller life. Just accept your age and enjoy your life without having to put someone younger down.

I don't but either way he'll be made for being called a boomer. Boomer in this context is not really an age group any more just someone who complains about millennials for no reason. (And yes I know it comes from baby Boomer which are people born after WWII)
"No, Harbor Freight tools have a better warranty."
A single comma makes a big difference in the meaning of a sentence. For example:
"It's time to eat, grandma!" vs "It's time to eat grandma!" lol
